Amer Ismail is an architect and urban designer based in London. His experience includes working for Foster+Partners from 2006-2013 where he was involved in a number of high profile projects including the iconic Apple Campus 2 in California. His other involvements include educational and research campuses, mixed-use masterplans, a luxury resort, landscape design, concept for an international airport and a competition winning scheme for a municipal building. While at the studio of Norman Foster, Amer Ismail has developed an interest in conceptual storyboard where he continues to develop this skill till today. He also worked briefly at Thomas Heatherwick’s studio in London.

His desire to improve understanding of architecture and the urban environment led him to travel extensively throughout the world taking his sketchbook with him. Amer has visited over 40 countries within the past decade.

Amer Ismail was educated with a Masters in Urban Design and Diploma in Architecture from Oxford School of Architecture where he won a number of awards. His work was exhibited at Modern Art Oxford.
